Hi, i struggled to get it on the chain🥹and I was little dissipointed, because it was so small.. but I love your jewels.. I will buy again!

Hi Olivia,I am so sorry that the initial charm was not put to your expectations. I realise that I should specify the dimensions in the description to give an idea about the size of the charm. As per videos online, in comparison to the main products it is quite small because it not meant to overpower the main piece. With regards adding it to the chain, I would recommend taking it to a jeweller close to you as they have the right tools. Apologies again
